Our Solution
We developed a comprehensive customer analytics platform using machine learning. This included CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) prediction models and a churn prediction model (XGBoost) to identify high-value, at-risk customers. We built scalable event data pipelines and integrated the model outputs into their marketing automation for targeted campaign deployment.
